Fear is powerful. We can look around the world right now and see plenty of examples of how fear can lead to harmful consequences. But maybe solving the world’s problems starts as simple as changing our own behaviors.
How does fear play out in your life? Fear comes in many forms. It can be lashing out at someone we love, not following through on a commitment, avoiding a conversation, chasing someone for fear of losing them, pushing someone away from fear of getting hurt, road rage, not going to the doctor…the list could go on and on.
